Our oldest daughter, Indy, passed away from cancer when she was five years old.

Since then I’ve been learning how to live again- rebuilding my marriage, faith, health, and life from the inside out.

I’m the daughter of a drug addict. I’ve learned that forgiveness and boundaries can exist at the same time- and share about breaking generational cycles + choosing a different way forward.

I’ve been through hell… and built something beautiful anyway 🦋
